We do all forms of masonry. Brick, block, stone, foundation walls, chimney work, and garden walls as well as fireplaces both indoor and outdoor, landscaping, timberworks, tiling and concrete flooring. Any home renovation you can think of we can do. But our passion is Stonework.

My Name is Bev Gray-Gosling. My Company is Bev Gray & Associates Ltd. I have been in business for 19 years, incorporating in 2009, and my company has Five Divisions:• CONCEPT , DESIGN & BUILD

As an awarding winning designer, I have won awards for both Custom and Small home designs. I have designed 3 subdivisions, nearly 150 custom homes as well over 700 renovations to existing homes and built two rural homes for my family. We presently live in a Century Victorian home that was built in 1894 in the village of Erin.I am an accredited Architectural Technologist with BCIN qualifications for: Residential House, Small and Large Buildings. I have been a council member for the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario holding the position of Director of Education. The experience, passion and dedication that I have, has lead me to offer myself as a Mentor to others within the Architectural field.I try to encourage this by teaching for Sheridan College. I have developed and currently teach the pre college Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program for students in their last year of high school. I also developed and taught the History of Architecture and CADD Applications 1 for the first year students at the Sheridan College Brampton location.My years of experience has given me opportunity to design many diverse projects, such as the following: Dance Studio, Funeral Home, Veterinarian Office and Hospital, Spa, Group/Rest home, Pizza Take-out, Restaurants, Office layouts, Retail Store, Band Shell and Hydro Office renovation. Special projects beyond the normal scope of design have been: Minor Variance, Niagara Escapement, Credit Valley Conservation, Site Plan, Feasibility Study, Zoning Applications and Visual Impact Study for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority.We continue to serve our wide range of markets including: Residential, Commercial, Restaurants, Golf Courses, Municipal Buildings, Arenas & Community Centers, Super Markets, Industrial Buildings, Retail Stores, School & Daycare Centers and Churches.I have successfully conducted: Minor Variances, Niagara Escarpment, Credit Valley Conservation, and Site Plan Applications.
